REFUND POLICY

At Dolyland, we want you to be happy with your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, we are here to help.

Returns

We offer a 30-day return policy. You have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must:

• Be unused and in its original condition
• Be in its original packaging
• Include proof of purchase

Items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned or refunded:

• Custom-made or personalized products
• Clearance or sale items
• Gift cards
• Opened DIY kits or materials that have been used
• Products damaged due to misuse

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon arrival.

If your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue. We will review the case and provide a replacement or refund if appropriate.

Exchanges

If you wish to exchange an item, please contact us first. Exchanges are subject to product availability.

Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless:

• The item arrived damaged
• The item is defective
• We shipped the wrong item

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval status.

If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please note that your bank or payment provider may require additional processing time.

European Union Customers

If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of receipt without providing a reason, provided the item remains unused and in its original condition.

Due to the nature of DIY craft supplies, beads, and jewelry-making materials, items that have been opened, used, mixed with other materials, or altered in any way are not eligible for return or refund.
